Mr. Gahlhoff began his career in the pest control industry in 1991. After graduating with a Master of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, he was employed by Wilson Pest Control Company in Winston-Salem. In 2001, Wilson was acquired by HomeTeam Pest Defense.

Mr. Gahlhoff was promoted to V.P. Technical Services in 2002 and relocated to Dallas. In 2006, he was promoted to Regional V.P. Florida Region and transferred to Tampa.

Prior to becoming President, Mr. Gahlhoff was the East Division Vice President, managing a team of 750 employees and generating in excess of $80 million.

In 2003, PCT, a pest control industry magazine, named him as one of its "Top 40 under 40."

Mr. Gahlhoff received his B.S. and M.S degrees from the University of Florida and in 2009 he graduated from the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth.

Mr. Wolf began his career with HomeTeam in 2000 as the Controller of HomeTeam Security, and was promoted to Director of Finance of HomeTeam Lawn Care in 2002. He became V.P. of Finance of HomeTeam Pest Defense in 2003 and was recently named CFO in 2010. During his tenure with HomeTeam, he has been instrumental in over 40 acquisitions in 12 states. He created a branch scorecard that uses various metrics to measure each branch's performance and ranking. He has been responsible for overseeing and improving the organization's fleet program, including a GPS rollout, vehicle wrapping and up-fitting of trucks prior to branch delivery. Mr. Wolf's fleet efforts helped generate over $1 million in vehicle gains in 2010.

Prior to joining HomeTeam, Mr. Wolf served as Controller for Protection One (residential security). He previously worked as an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen (public accounting), and for Fleming/Scrivner (food distribution companies) as a Division Controller and Audit Director.

Mr. Wolf is a CPA and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Craig Innes joined HomeTeam Pest Defense as Senior Vice President, Organizational Development in November 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of human resources, marketing, sales support, training, and technical services.

Mr. Innes has over 30 years of human resources and general management experience, including 20 years with upscale retailer Neiman Marcus Company. At Neiman Marcus he held a number of management positions including S.V.P. of human resources and strategic planning, S.V.P. of sales promotions, and S.V.P. of sales support operations.

Before joining HomeTeam, Mr. Innes held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources for Sewell Automotive Companies, an $800 million Texas-based automotive dealership group.

Previous to joining Sewell, he served as president of CareStream Corporation, a subsidiary of FoxMeyer Health Corporation.

Mr. Innes holds an M.B.A. in business administration from Southern Methodist University, where he also received his B.A. degree in social science. He is actively involved in numerous community service organizations including Special Camps for Special Kids and the SMU Cox School of Business.

Brady Camp began his career 29 years ago as a technician with TruGreen. During his 15 years at TruGreen, Mr. Camp held positions as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager, and Region Sales Manager. Mr. Camp joined HomeTeam in 1999 and has been the East Division Vice President of Sales since 2005.

Mr. Camp attended Bob Jones University and Ball State University in Indiana.

Mr. Turek started his career with his family's business called Pest Defense in Orlando in 1989. This start up business patented the TUBES IN THE WALL® (now known as the Taexx System) and was purchased by Centex Corporation in 1996.

During the Centex expansion, Mr. Turek took on a variety of roles. In 1997 he became the General Manager for the Orlando office which became the company's largest and most profitable branch under his direction. After several other promotions, Mr. Turek is currently the West Division Vice President. He is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the division and directs its daily operation. Throughout his career with HomeTeam, Mr. Turek has been involved in the training and development of 12 individual Pest Defense franchises, completed over 20 acquisitions and opened four new markets.

Mr. Turek received his B.S. degree in marketing from Providence College in 1989. He is a 2010 graduate of the Advanced Executive Program from Kellogg University and holds a certified operator's license in pest and termite in the state of Florida.
