Jerry Gahlhoff – President

Mr. Gahlhoff began his career in the pest control industry in 1991. After graduating with a Master of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, he was employed by Wilson Pest Control Company in Winston-Salem. In 2001, Wilson was acquired by HomeTeam Pest Defense.

Mr. Gahlhoff was promoted to V.P. Technical Services in 2002 and relocated to Dallas. In 2006, he was promoted to Regional V.P. Florida Region and transferred to Tampa.

Prior to becoming President, Mr. Gahlhoff was the East Division Vice President, managing a team of 750 employees and generating in excess of $80 million.

In 2003, PCT, a pest control industry magazine, named him as one of its "Top 40 under 40."

Mr. Gahlhoff received his B.S. and M.S degrees from the University of Florida and in 2009 he graduated from the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth.

Kevin Wolf – CFO

Mr. Wolf began his career with HomeTeam in 2000 as the Controller of HomeTeam Security, and was promoted to Director of Finance of HomeTeam Lawn Care in 2002. He became V.P. of Finance of HomeTeam Pest Defense in 2003 and was recently named CFO in 2010. During his tenure with HomeTeam, he has been instrumental in over 40 acquisitions in 12 states. He created a branch scorecard that uses various metrics to measure each branch's performance and ranking. He has been responsible for overseeing and improving the organization's fleet program, including a GPS rollout, vehicle wrapping and up-fitting of trucks prior to branch delivery. Mr. Wolf's fleet efforts helped generate over $1 million in vehicle gains in 2010.

Craig Innes – Senior V.P. Organizational Development

Craig Innes joined HomeTeam Pest Defense as Senior Vice President, Organizational Development in November 2003. He is responsible for human resources, training, and technical services.

Mr. Innes has over 30 years of human resources and general management experience, including 20 years with upscale retailer Neiman Marcus Company. At Neiman Marcus he held a number of management positions including S.V.P. of human resources and strategic planning, S.V.P. of sales promotions, and S.V.P. of sales support operations.

Before joining HomeTeam, Mr. Innes held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources for Sewell Automotive Companies, an $800 million Texas-based automotive dealership group.

Previous to joining Sewell, he served as president of CareStream Corporation, a subsidiary of FoxMeyer Health Corporation.

Mr. Innes holds an M.B.A. in business administration from Southern Methodist University, where he also received his B.A. degree in social science. He is actively involved in numerous community service organizations including Special Camps for Special Kids and the SMU Cox School of Business.

Julie Bimmerman – Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller

Julie Bimmerman joined the accounting department at HomeTeam Pest Defense in 2004 and was soon promoted to Southwest Region Controller followed by Director of Finance before being named to her current position in 2011.

As Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, Ms. Bimmerman is responsible for company financial strategic operations which include accounting, payroll, finance, auditing, reporting and planning and vehicle fleet management.

Before joining HomeTeam, Julie Bimmerman worked for the telecommunications company Evercom as Financial Manager Strategic Assets Task Force and Accounting Manager. She has also held the positions of Internal Auditor with A.H. Belo Corporation and Corporate Tax Auditor with the state of New Jersey.

Ms. Bimmerman holds a B.B.A. degree with a major in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been actively involved in community service organizations including past Treasurer of the Grapevine Citizens Fire Academy Alumni.

Brady Camp – Vice President Operations

Brady Camp started his career in the pest control industry as a technician more than 30 years ago. He held a variety of positions early on, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager and Region Sales Manager. In 1999 Mr. Camp joined HomeTeam, serving as the East Division Vice President of Sales from 2005 until his promotion to East Division Vice President Operations in 2011. He was responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the division and directed its daily operation managing 800 employees and generating more than $95 million. In 2014 he was promoted to Vice President Operations responsible for all field operations nationally and 1,200 employees.

Mr. Camp attended Bob Jones University and Ball State University in Indiana.

Kathy Zielinski – Vice President Marketing and Communications

Kathy Zielinski joined HomeTeam in 2006. As Vice President, Marketing and Communications, her responsibilities include development of annual marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals. She oversees branding, marketing collateral development, direct mail programs, digital and social media marketing, website development, event planning, trade show planning, internal and external communications.

Under Ms. Zielinski's direction, HomeTeam has increased its digital presence by developing and executing social media strategies to engage consumers. She also spearheaded the launch of the HomeTeam app to assist the sales team in reaching their goals.

Prior to joining HomeTeam, Ms. Zielinski held a variety of positions at American Greetings and Blockbuster, Inc., most recently as vice president of marketing planning and budgeting.

Ms. Zielinski graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in human services.
